Experience:Must have 15 years of experience in information systems development, functional and data requirements analysis, systems analysis and program design. Experience with several database environments and systems, including but not limited to SQL Server and Oracle.
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or four years of experience.
Functional Responsibility:Functional Responsibility: Database and application performance monitoring, analysis and tuning. Monitor and optimize database performance and resources. Participates in all phases of data extraction, conversion and uploading. Provides database management and provides training to junior database administrators.

Experience:Eight (8) years experience in managing people, resources, schedules and costs for multiple, related tasks/projects is required. Master's Degree substitutes for 3 years experience.
Education:Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Functional Responsibility:Under indirect supervision, oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities. Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; seeks and develops outside funding sources, serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.

No. 7 Computer Forensics Analyst - III
Experience:At least five (5) years experience conducting computer forensic analysis of subject media and/or analysis of networks, intrusions, or e-mail systems.
Education:Undergraduate degree in a computer science/law enforcement/security or related field; or equivalent combination of education/experience substituting 1 year of additional experience equivalent to 1 year of education.
Functional Responsibility:Will conduct analysis in conjunction with senior level analysts. Generally, analysts will: Conduct examinations of computers and media generated by computers to develop evidence as an expert in the specialty area of forensic computer science. Use experience and knowledge of a wide variety of advanced computer technologies and theories to conduct analysis of submitted evidence. Review laboratory requests and determines the type of examination needed. In data recovery cases, determines the most appropriate method of protecting original evidence and recovering deleted, erased, hidden and encrypted data. Identifies and recommends methods and procedures for preservation, evidence recovery, and presentation of computer evidence.

Experience:At least two (2) years experience in information systems administration.
Education:Bachelor's degree in computer-science related field or three years experience.
Functional Responsibility:Supports infrastructure Unix/Windows based servers. Automates, monitors, manages and supports production of 24x7 systems. Assists in the design and automation of systems to create, monitor and manage development servers. Monitors and responds to complex technical control facility hardware and software problems utilizing all hardware and software testing tools. Consults on design and configuration issues including operation systems and integration issues.
No. 11 Sr. Software Engineer
Experience:Must have 6 years of experience in information systems and software development.
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in related field or four years of experience.
Functional Responsibility:Analyzes functional business applications and designs specifications for functional activities. Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts. Translates detailed design into computer software. Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation.
No. 12 Jr. Software Engineer
Experience:Must have 2 years of experience in information systems and software development.
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in related field or four years of experience.
Functional Responsibility:Participates in the design of software tools and subsystems. Assists Sr. Software Engineer to interpret software requirements and design specifications to code, and integrate and test software components.
No. 13 Computer Programmer - III
Experience:At least five (5) years experience in information systems and computer programming.
Education:Bachelor's Degree in computer-science related field.
Functional Responsibility:Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's client/server software applications. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
No. 14 Jr. Programmer/Analyst
Experience:Must have 2 years of experience in analysis and design of business applications with a working knowledge of database management concepts.
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in related field or four years of experience.
Functional Responsibility:Analyzes and studies complex information system requirements. Assists in the design and implementation of solutions. Assists in the development of supporting documentation.
